Pulsar is an AI-powered productivity workspace that provides note-taking, knowledge management, and organizational tools. The Service is currently offered in a private beta, and access may be limited or revoked at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not share your account with others or use another person’s account without authorization.

The Service is provided in “beta” form. Features may change, data may be lost, and availability may be interrupted. We make no guarantees about the Service’s availability or reliability during the beta period.

In no event shall Pulsar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
